Classes are laced with humor and include demo of recipes, a minimum of 216 cooking tips, and best of all tasting of each recipe.  Class size is up to you.  However, please hold the limit to a maximum of 1244.  The class topic is also up to you with one exception: Cooking With A Blowtorch is simply out of the question.
